Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Abode Work Station is provided by Abode Real Estate ("Abode") for use by its brokers, agents, staff, and invited collaborators. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Access

Access is invitation-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended when a person is no longer affiliated with Abode.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate Abode real estate business.
• Do not export, resell, or redistribute MLS data outside licensed permitted use.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other agents without authorization.
• Follow all applicable real estate, advertising, and communications laws.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party service such as Google, you authorize Abode Work Station to access that service on your behalf for the features described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect at any time.

5. Data ownership

Business records created in the platform, including client, listing, and transaction data, belong to Abode. MLS content remains the property of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and its participants and is used under license.

6. AI features

Some features generate drafts, summaries, and analyses automatically. Output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person before it is sent to a client or relied on for a business or legal decision.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes and contact
