Abode Work Station is the real estate operating platform used by the brokers and agents of Abode Real Estate. It brings MLS listing data, clients, deals, commissions, marketing, and email communication together in a single workspace so the team can run transactions from first contact through closing.
Accounts are provided by invitation to Abode Real Estate agents and staff.
What the app does

Pull Charleston Trident MLS listing data into one workspace for market analysis and listing presentations.
Clients & leads
Track buyers, sellers, and leads with assignment, routing, and follow-up plans for each agent.
Deals & pipeline
Move transactions from lead to closed, with per-agent and company-wide production reporting.
Commissions
Calculate splits, caps, and post-cap tiers, and see paid and projected commission by agent.
Email & communication
Agents can optionally connect their Google account to send and read work email inside Work Station, alongside call and text history.
Compliance & onboarding
Transaction checklists, document review, and onboarding steps for new agents joining the brokerage.
How Abode Work Station uses Google data
Connecting a Google account is optional. When an agent connects Gmail, Abode Work Station requests only the access needed to send and read that agent's work email inside the app and to identify the signed-in account. Google data is never sold, used for advertising, or transferred to third parties, and access can be revoked at any time from Settings or from the agent's Google account permissions page.
